As the first paid employee for Wellington Potters' Association, I manage daily studio operations, coordinate events, workshops, and exhibitions, as well as provide administrative support to the board. I also support marketing by creating content for newsletters, social media, and the website. My role balances member and volunteer needs, fostering collaboration and ensuring the association's success.

As a host at Te Papa, I welcome visitors, provide exhibit information, offer directions, and answer general questions. I help create a positive, respectful environment by encouraging appropriate behaviour around exhibits and staying alert to anything that might need attention.
